Growing up in Brooklyn, NY, the owner's sister called him Broogie when he was a young boy. After owning delis in the northeast, he decided to name this one after the nickname his sister called him as a boy.
Based on the simple formula that good food and good service will keep customers coming back for more, we hope to see you again and again.
